Hotel NH Paseo del Prado

Sabías qué el edificio del hotel NH Paseo del Prado fue diseñado por Antonio Palacios? Fue encargado por los Condes de Bugallal en 1913-1914 para ser destinado a su residencia. Palacios combinó la funcionalidad interior con un diseño exterior acorde con el entorno aristocrático en que se encontraba. La altura del edificio estaba estudiada para que no superase la del hotel Palace, ubicado a su lado. Destaca el torreón con columnas y arcos de medio punto empleado para romper la monotonía del edificio. Se encuentra en la plaza de Canovas del Castillo nº4.
