Antonio Palacios se presentó junto con su amigo Joaquín Otamendi al concurso internacional para la nueva sede del Casino de Madrid. Pese a que no ganaron el concurso, su proyecto fue uno de los seis finalistas y varios de sus elementos fueron incluidos en el proyecto final, destacando la fachada asimétrica y su torreón ubicado a la izquierda.
Antonio Palacios took part along with his friend Joaquín Otamendi to the international competition for the new headquarters of the Casino de Madrid. Although they didn´t win the contest, their project was one of the six finalists and several of its elements were included in the final project, highlighting the asymmetrical façade and its tower located on the left.
